For all move in/out cleanings along with first time customers, our services are billed at $35/hour per cleaner. After the first cleaning and when you are established on a routine cleaning, your fees will be locked in at a standard rate based on the size and overall condition of your home. Please note, there is a minimum service fee of $85.
